Pros
- Excellent experience with a wide variety of technology. Really feel like you make an impact. - Great company culture with relaxed environment. - Flat and transparent company structure - Good Benefits
Cons
- Some technical debt with some older systems needs to be addressed. - Must be a "self starter", IE: not much handholding (To me this is a pro, but training could probably be improved in some areas)

Pros
Relaxed, healthy culture among employees. Organized use of Slack for both social and work purposes, keeping a hybrid of synchronous and asynchronous open communication among employees working on different products/projects, and also keeping things light and social building a good social community among workers in the offices and remote.
Cons
Not as much on-boarding guidance or direction as I'd like. Needed to be very much a self starter and open to asking questions in order to get comfortable on the multiple projects. Fortunately the healthy use of Slack, and development documentation helps in that regard.
