Easy...tools never come out of the van, all you need is a pen to tick the box and say it's done. A colourful imagination is all that's needed to fill out the job report and time sheet...

Cons

Not really a maintenance company, just tick the box and say it's done... You don't even have to take a look. A ticking time bomb..

Lack of communication. Constantly 're-structuring' which means that everyone is fearful for their future. No pay increases this year and inflation only for the last few years. My salary has barely risen in 10 years of service, in fact in real terms most of us are worse off. The little person seems to have to bear the brunt of all the mistakes made at the very top.

Cons

Terrible culture. They will compromise agreement or fire anyone they take a dislike to . They will manage you out of the business if you get pregnant. They are truly to the worst company to work for. Avoid at all costs.
