      Pros

      I had a great experience working at Mitiga. Pleasent environment, with great people that made my work environment enjoyable, hybrid work, Great culture. Super professional dedicated teams, collaborative, and focused on achieving great results. Mitiga has an agenda to bring more women to tech and they go the extra mile to do so, I think it's super important. Overall, it was a fantastic place to grow both professionally and personally.
