They really hurt me, I haven't been the same ever since

Pros

They sparked something in me and I had all these ideas on how to help them grow. There's nothing I love more than helping animals and helping pet owners.

Cons

- I was never taken seriously despite all of my experience, in fact, I was belittled for caring. - For a pet company, I found out real quickly how little they actually care about animals and their own employees. It scares me. - I knew my time was ending when I realized I was getting in trouble for reporting important issues that were putting the lives our customers pets in jeopardy. I refused to just watch and wait for pets to get hurt. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if we made a pet even more sick instead of helping like we promised. - I was retaliated against for reporting discrimination. - I have fallen into a deep depression because they made me feel like I was a terrible person for caring about pets and my colleagues. How dare you ask why should I care about my colleagues.

Worst company to work for

Pros

None, they will lure employees into their benefits and pet-loving experience but they are all evil

Cons

Very discriminatory and abusive company with managers pushing for unrealistic expectations, maltreating their staff and overall a toxic workplace that leaves everyone with PTSD. So many employees left that toxic place. There is bo work-life balance as management pushes for more drugs to be made in a ridiculous time, making everyone scared of mistakes. At the end, pet owners will pay the price for companies that claim they are pet-lovers but truly, only care about the $. It is a fake company trying to sell emotions
