Pros

Only a few good people are nice to work with. But some just like to showcase their work to the bosses for credit claims. Get to work with new colleagues every 6 months. Products are generally good.

Cons

If you join the company in February or March, you will not be entitled to the company any Annual bonus or increment benefits. Recommend to join only at the later part of the year or negotiate your pay well. Some staff just don't know what they are doing in their role. Boss doesn't like staffs to talk among themselves in the office. Not a sporty company. Mistakes made is not tolerated.
