Pros
Allows remote work with also the flexibility to be in the office. The team outings are also good to build rapport with everyone. The work itself is not too bad with the most complexity coming from all the orders and suppliers. There are many responsibilities so the CSR role lets you interact with almost anyone from the company from product developer to the CEO.
Cons
The off hour shifts are not the best since they can be late due to the global coverage of MmoGah. Also there are customers speaking many languages so it is expected to know a few. However, we use AI tools now to automatically translate so that isn't bad anymore.
