Pros
- Work for a product that is loved and widely used in the design community so you get a sense of impact with what you do - Friendly and supportive team members - Fully remote and great work life balance - Content pipeline is always running and there is always things to do
Cons
- Pay and benefits are not competitive enough, especially when local companies are offering similar ranges with health insurance - Work can get repetitive and monotonous in the content team, not much changes as you move forward - Our team feels a bit disconnected from the rest of the company, not much investment on a culture POV to get us integrated with the rest of Mobbin
