You may get competitive salary as a tiny startup. The company is (pretending to be) quite global. You will see sales from many different countries although most of them are small.
Cons
You will have to work days and nights. You will get phone calls from your boss when you are sleeping just because your boss happens to work at that time (no emergency works), and if you deny to work in those kind of circumstances, prepare yourself to get fired without any payments.
