Pros

They Supply you with just about everything you need as a technician.

Cons

Upper management is extremely toxic. I'm not great at reading faces but when I would run into other texts new to the company at work sites, I could see the stress on their face when it was time to check in with their supervisor. I was constantly walking on eggshells and I was not the only one.I broke my neck at work due to their negligence and I was afraid to report it to HR because I was afraid I'd be fired. That was later fired anyway because I was in so much pain I was having trouble performing my job.

The manager Sam is the only good part of this job

Cons

Everything else. The SME Alex is passive aggressive and puts everyone on edge. The technology never works. It's disorganized. Owner is passive aggressive as well and constantly denies new benefits and pay raises and fights the management who has their actual feet on the ground. Lies to people about the job to get them in and then makes constant excuses as to why he can't make good on those promises. The turnover rate is HIGH. Started as a 12 person team, 3 have already quit! If I were the owner, I'd be extremely concerned about that and what I did wrong. He does not care. Do not work here!!! We haven't even met him yet! If it were a larger company, I'd understand. But this is a tiny operation! Show us some respect! We work so hard for you yet we haven't even met you! You don't even know us but you act like you know everything that's going on! If that were true, you would've been here to get on the people to fix this bad technology already!
