Pros

There were some previous co-workers that made it a fun place to be but everyone has left.

Cons

The owners lack respect for any employee, especially the co-owner who is constantly at the office. He is always interrupting you when you are on a call while instructing you on what to say while the client listens. He gives you so many directions for one task that it is impossible to ever achieve the simplest things. He will watch and listen to you on the cameras and audio installed in the office and will not hesitate to call you to reprimand you if you do or say something he does not agree with. He will often go on rampages or call you into his office to interrogate on the most trivial things. The CEO lacks any respect for the employees at Mobile Styles. In my time these it took someone to call her out on this for her to make a change and this was short lived. I was not even in the conference room but she was called out on everything and later sent out an email about what a good person she was just to satisfy her ego. She favors a certain employee who lacks any vision or business experience and will take her advice above all others, I have heard and seen these multiple times. If you disagree with this employee, she will go over your head and run to the CEO and suck up to her (and I mean really suck up to her by complementing her looks, her clothes and any idea she has). Both the CEO and Co-Owner lack any business sense and Mobile Styles and its employees suffer for it. They have no business plan which leads them to move into a completely different direction at any time and without notice to its employees. So, don’t be surprised if you are hired to do one thing and when you arrive you are doing something completely different and even if you have no experience, you will be expected to do it and do it correctly or else there will be some berating like that of a child. In short, I would have to say that this is by far the worst company I have ever worked for in my entire life. I would not recommend or wish that my worst enemy work here. There are far better places to work and/or gain experience. Seek elsewhere if you want to be treated fairly and like a human being.

Pros

The office looks pretty? Hard to think of a pro. You may get lucky to play withe the owners adorable child when she pawns her off on you while she is in a meeting.

Cons

You will start off taking way less than the position is worth because they will tell you that it is a "trial period". Once your trial period is up they will not give you a raise. Despite all of your efforts and going well above your call of duty, they will give you a nice long list of things you need to improve and do in order to be worthy of a raise you already should be being paid. So you buckle down and grind even more and check back in to get this promised raise only to be told you now have to do more to get this raise. During this time they will get the idea that you may leave so they will start interviewing for someone to do the same things as you and even now will demand you train this new person while also you are supposed to be doing all these new jobs that you were not hired for. They will also make it impossible for you to do your job title because you will get new jobs you must do despite being over worked and underpaid and you will get yelled at if you do not do these things. You also will be told you must only discuss things with you manager who then will talk with the owner. Yet you will ask your manager a question who will then ask the owner and the owner will never respond to them yet still you will get in trouble for not doing the task you had a question about. They will have you sign a document about holiday pay and it sounds dandy yet they structure it to ensure you will never actually get paid for holiday time. You will also be told you have a day off for a holiday and then the day before it be told you now must show up to work even if you had vacation plans and will get your job threatened if you do not show. The owners are sneaky and own multiple businesses that use one another for work yet they separate them as if they are fully separate entities to ensure they don't have to pay for medical for their employees.

Pros

Absolutely none that I can think of

Cons

Working here is like being in a prison for 9 hours of your day. The CEO and the Co CEO seem to have only one purpose, to make your life miserable. People have been fired for refusing to spy on each other. The only people who advance here are the Yes men (and women) whose only purpose in life is to agree to whatever the CEO is saying. Not only will you be berated every singe day of the week, you will also have to be under constant surveillance. While I was with the company there were 18 cameras and microphones watching over your every move! She fires people left and right and the only people who survive are either too incompetent to get a job elsewhere or the people who are willing to throw others under the bus for their own benefit. Some people who have no idea of even the basics of running a tech company are put into managerial positions just because the CEO seems to like them. Overall they have no customers, no direction, an average at best idea, and a less than average product. Overall the pay is bout 1/3rd of the market average and there are no benefits, not even health insurance. She seems to have the money to spend on expensive equipment and foosball tables but not on her employees. They seem to have money on facial recognition scanners but not to pay the employees a decent wage. The CEO really thinks that there are people who are going to spy on her idea and will are conducting corporate espionage. So much so that they tell you not to even discuss the company's name with people working in the other office of the same building. Grow up! It's a below average idea that already has multiple competitors with more customers and better service. They make you work Sunday through Thursday instead of regular workdays like normal people. There are no ACs and heaters on Sundays because the CEO is too cheap to pay the electricity bill and did not bother to read her lease. So you're left freezing in the winters and burning in the summers in a room with no windows/ventilation. Lastly the Co CEO (the CEO's husband) will constantly come and disturb you while working and tell you to do things in a certain way even though he has no idea how a technology company is run or how to talk to a customer. All these positive reviews are clearly faked. She actually asked her employees to write positive reviews and made sure they wrote them.
