      Worst company i have worked till date.

      Mobilecoderz..... as worst as it's name. Forget about pros

      Worked here for 1 month, had to quit the job for some reason, they didn't payed me my 1 month salary. Even after so many calls and mails after quitting they still didn't. The staff is very unprofessional and workplace just sucks. Ceilings just falling off straight from the top. The office is so small that there is not even a room for having lunch ..you have to eat where you work ..straight on your desk :D They have some average php developers and fresher android developers. Totally c grade company of a c grade management and its founders. Please save yourself from going into this hell. 4 people have resigned from this company at the same time. for delayed salaries, rough languages, saturday workings.

Firstly, according to our official database, we do not have any employees who left us within one month. Secondly, here in this review itself, you clearly stated that you have over 3 years of experience as React Native app developer and you worked with us for one month. If we can give you an opportunity then why will MobileCoderz miss hiring qualified candidates for other profiles? It proves that the allegation you raised here is totally baseless regarding the infrastructure, workplace, and professionalism. However, we wish you luck in future endeavors and hope to see you becoming more responsible in your actions. It is easy to write fake reviews or develop fake profiles.       School like environment

      Pros

      1. Salary on time. 2. Reachable by metro. 3. Flexible shift timings (Conditions : Reach between 9:30 to 10:30) else half day salary will get deducted.

      Cons

      1. You have to keep your eyes to the screen only. 2. Phones are allowed to see only notifications because using mobile phones are not allowed. 3. Very very bad infrastructure like bad washrooms and work desk, small lunch area (only 4 people at a time can lunch), AC not working, computer systems are old. 4. You can't roam here and there in the office because HR don't want their employees to get noticed by the management. So, better to sit on your office chair all day long. 5. You have to inform 6-7 days before for taking a sick leave else your 1.5 day salary will get deducted. (Clause in their HR policies). 6. You will get work in the last hour of leaving for the day. 7. You have wear Identity Card all the time.

Since we have to work digitally, it is expected to keep your eyes on the screen so that our developers do not create any errors. Again during office hours, you are not expected to roam.       Best management

      Pros

      MobileCoderz have the best management that literally works together with their developer. Pranay Sir and Abhishek sir is equally involved in the development procedures. Till now, I have seen great inputs by them (name it for any project). Apart from that, our team leader has immense years of experience. I have got great support from him whenever I am stuck.
