      flexible working hours, can always work from home as local office is too small to fit all employee

      aggressive CEO, toxic sales meeting with him every week, company is not so organized, difficult to work colleagues from other regions

      Pros

      You get your pay cheque monthly; Have multiple customers globally and had some good folks in past when roaming was still profitable. Past CEOs were good.

      Cons

      Abusive management which still believes in dominating everyone. Nothing creative or passionate work done here. only goal is to make money even at the expense of lying to customers. They claim they have Big Data solutions when there is not a single analytics tool. Old roaming solutions repackaged and sold as Big Data even though it adds no additional value to customers. Almost 75% of Big data team left within a year after finding the truth. Old timers stay here because they cant find better options outside and are loyal servants to the management and have no self respect. Only reason people join back is they realise they become unemployable and cant work outside after being mobileumi-sed. Please read the Glassdoor reviews before making a decision to be modern day slave.

      Cons

      - poor product - low pay - extremely long hours, expected to be always available - no ownership, tasks are passed around like hot potatoes - no coordination among departments - meetings are dominated by HiPPOs - all talk and no plan, running around in circles - no training and development - forget diversity
