      Laid back, as long as your job is done right and on time it is pretty relaxed.

      Pros

      Not a lot of pros. You get to work by yourself if your manager is good, but if they're not, you're stuck with a team doing a job that could be done by a single person.

      Cons

      The manager has you perform silly tasks and work later than you need to. They undervalue their employees and don't maintain a sense of professionalism.
