Super stressful environment with unrealistic sales goals,and when you do great business your paycheque doesn't really reflect it....Nothing works either....,computer-full of viruses,fax non existent,customers always unhappy with their orders- orders always messed up...or late or both....generally dealing with a bunch of pissed off clients....
