Pros

Decent benefits, I made some good friends. Good schedule.

Cons

All equipment was third-hard and busted down, decrepit and poorly maintained buildings, bullies and cliques and OH SO MUCH GOSSIP, HR that doesn't adhere to FLMA and ADA laws, unfair work loads for unreasonable pay.

Pros

Most of the colleagues can be great to work with, but there is a lot of favoritism between management and others. Management is often gone: calls out sick even during holiday seasons when it is already short staffed. Conflict between departments doesn't get resolved due to poor management. human resources is rude and acts like it's not their job to assist employees in personal matters. Holidays off is a pro.

Rude and unprofessional all the way around. Poor management with no higher level of supervision.
