      Pros

      Start-up feel. Cool office space at first ... Then slowly starts to feel like you're working from a hotel. Some smart tech people.

      Cons

      Micro-management everywhere. CEO literally looks over shoulder ... Non-approachable even though he claims he is. CLIQUES! Non-contributors slipping thru cracks. Management not professional nor effective.

      Pros

      Full of energy and excitement. The company is dedicated to building the best technology and keep up with the fast pace of mobile. Flexible, relaxed office environment. Maintaining a clear focus on the product and business that we want to grow helps bring the team together.

      Cons

      Growing from a scrappy start-up to an enterprise grade SAAS business can be a challenge, particularly for product cycles and the "speed to market" versus "robust QA with regression testing". Maintaining two separate lines of business can be a challenge.
