Not a lot of OT

• Team members were often asked to take on responsibilities well outside their job scope, without adequate support or recognition • Requests for clarity or assistance were met with dismissiveness rather than collaboration • The workplace culture lacked professionalism—at times involving inappropriate remarks in meetings and a lack of respect from upper management. • As a young professional, the environment did not feel inclusive or supportive of diverse voices.
