Pros
The only good thing is that the company is situated near the MRT. Nothing else
Cons
1) No VB for the past many years. There are many cases of employees not having any increment for the past >3 years (previous review also state the same) 2) Increment for many workers are below the inflation rate or way below the market rate (many engineers/technicians are poorly paid) - even they did value added job the monetary reward is really peanut 3) Transport was remove during covid period (while many companies are actually increasing their no of buses ) 4) Project driven company - company did not compensate properly to their workers driving the project (overload of work) - Management dont even bother 5) MNC Company but work like some local MNC with no clear cut job scope (many grey area , and people who just push their work around) 6) Employees are laid off due to cost cutting - jobs are distribute to other departments, thus increasing their workload (take note that those job are not value added & is not compensated) 7) Favourism is seriously in this company - few individuals/departments are getting way higher benefit/monetary than other department/individuals.
