      Pros

      - Experienced Professionals - Hardworking Team - Mid sized company with good interaction between various departments - Join the Business development department if you are willing to travel pan India.

      Cons

      - Bad office politics. - Employees do not respect the other employees. - Technologically outdated. - Average age 40+ and can be a challenging environment for the freshers.

      Pros

      It is product base company so No Workload, No deadlines. Earlier company use to provided good facilities like breakfast,lunch, snacks and transport. Later they stopped the all facilities except transport. Timings are best(8 to 5) for whom they want to work early and reach home early.

      Cons

      In 2012 company started downsizing by giving 1 month notice period only. No hike, 6 day work. No growth expected by designation. No learning curve. Marketing team is very poor

      C++ and DirectX work. Some of leaders are good. Giving accomodation.

      Worst management, Less payscale, Less development task as Products are already in developed condition. Maintenance work
