True definition of family oriented environment. CEO takes the time to get acquainted with employees. Work/life balance is great. Located near mall which is a perk. Local gym. Gives back to community

Cons

Low salary. When comparing to market for position, they typically will offer 10% -20% less than the lowest. Most people that have left the company have done so due to salary. Most are somehow related. Example: Nieces, daughters and cousins are typically referred & selected due to relationship, not necessarily experienced or being qualified for the position.

Not many pros at all. The company offers incentives to lure you in.

Cons

Terrible management and supervisors. Treatment of employees is cold and careless. Bullying is a trend. By other employees as well as supervisors. Gossiping and nasty mouths from Supervisors. They simply do not care. Very ghetto atmosphere. Drug use on the premises. Gun shots. Disgusting product and quality. Do not be fooled by the perks they seem to offer. You will be just another number.

Cons

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever worked. If you are an educated person with class, go somewhere else! The knuckle dragging heathen who hired me was intimidated by my background, education, and the fact that I could speak in full sentences.
