the majority of the co-workers are sharp and fun people to work with.
Cons
your role, whatever it may be is ultimately to serve Michael Darby and make him money at all expense. The 'team goal' is only there to get you to feel like you're part of something great but in the end, if Darby needs a dime, he'll exploit his employees and break promises, agreements.
