Always work, great support and training, company does a lot of team Building activities

I started in the company's northern office as a receptionist one day a week. I was a full time student and the company was very flexible and supportive when it came to my school schedule. Eventually I was brought into accounting and was utilized in many ways. The pandemic hit and I had to move back to SoCal. Upon me moving they welcomed me to the southern office with open arms. The head of my department, our controller is a great mentor and manager. There is so much room for growth here at this company. It is very much a family dynamic here. They take care of you like family. I would definitely recommend working for this company.
