Pros

Ability to telecommute, make your own schedule. Great retirement benefits. Because they are so consistently short-staffed, it would probably be very hard to get fired.

Cons

The mission of the agency has been lost and its future is uncertain. Due to job guidelines, there is no way to avoid excessive night and weekend work. If you have children or other personal commitments it will be very hard to do this job. Management is top heavy and continues to pile on unreasonable demands to the lower level workers. The amount of 'Vice Presidents' they have is obscene.

Pros

I started working at MORC’s Autism Center in 2013. At that time, it was very organized and the director was awesome and patient.

Cons

In 2015, the director was replaced by people who lacked passion for the staff and children.
