Pros
The team at Morcom was very supportive of each other. Since it is a smaller company having great people to work with is important, and Morcom has great people! The team works together to help the company and other employees any way they can. Everyone was friendly and provided a calm and relaxed atmosphere. We enjoyed celebrating birthdays and other life events together. Morcom supported my travel to attend many conferences where I was able to network and grow professionally.
Cons
Located outside of Washington DC, so while they're centrally located, traffic can be daunting at times!
