Large Network of non-exclusive talent to pitch Friendly Employees Benefits

Cons

There is a massive lack of structure between talent and management. Talent are not paid on time and sometimes never paid which lead to legal challenges. Margins are too high which cause talent to never be satisfied and not want to work with the agency Upper Management treats staff poorly and unfairly Lack of transparency with staff Lack of onboarding new employees with no set goals or expectations

Pros

The only reason I give it an extra star compared to others is because the people I worked directly with were amazing. Everyone had each others back and were a pleasure to work with.

Cons

There is a reason why so many people have come and gone. Owner is so disconnected from the issues that were going on that there was a lot of micro managing. Not only that, but it was in the wrong places so the issues that were happening, were not getting fixed.

Working with big label clients was a key highlight. The company offers competitive compensation, along with a standard benefits package, including health insurance.

Cons

One of the major downsides is the chronic understaffing. Moreover, key projects and campaigns are often managed by individuals who lack the necessary experience or qualifications. This led to subpar work and unhappy clients. The biggest challenge, however, is the toxic leadership. The CEO is verbally abusive, creating an environment of fear. Constructive feedback or mistakes are met with aggression, which severely impacts morale and productivity.
