There are a lot of things Israel, a current employee of eight years, likes about working at Morrocco Method: “Because we are a small business, there’s no politics. I can suggest a course of action, I can come up with an idea, present it, then implement it so that I can actually see my idea put into place and working. That’s to me the most gratifying experience. In bigger companies, your ideas have to go up the ladder, and through all the committees, and your idea, even if it gets accepted, is nothing like you visualized it in the first place.” Israel also likes the fact that the management style is laid-back. “There is no one looking over my shoulder or breathing down my neck. I can simply get my work done.” “Another thing I like about working here is coming to work! Every day I look forward to the challenges that will face me, and the facts that I get to work on all these different projects. Whether I’m a computer programmer or a manufacturing problem-solver or whatever, there’s always something different here. so this isn’t “just a job” but truly a career with a rainbow ending for us all."

It is very unfortunate that you felt the need to write this review. Morrocco Method supports all of it's valued employees. You can see from the note one of employees wrote below that not everyone feels that way. “For just over three years I have had the privilege of calling Morrocco Method more than just a job, but a family.
