My experience at this company was extremely disappointing. The level of racism and discrimination I faced was shocking. If you don’t have a British or “acceptable” English accent, you’re treated as less than. My managers openly mocked my accent and my country, excluded me from important trainings, and consistently assigned me the most difficult and least rewarding tasks clearly to prevent me from meeting targets. Despite this, I was still filling the majority of positions, but my efforts were never acknowledged. This was by far the worst company I’ve ever worked for. The culture is toxic, unprofessional, and completely dismissive of diversity. I would not recommend working here to anyone.
