Working at Mosano is an uphill battle that just isn't worth the burnout. You’re hired to handle everything: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, ISO27001, etc. But you don’t actually have any real say in how things are done. The workload is completely overwhelming and there’s absolutely zero reward or recognition at the end of the day. However, the biggest issue is the management style. The administrators constantly stick their noses into technical HR decisions that they don’t even understand, ignoring basic talent retention strategies... Or even labor laws! Just because they feel like doing things their way. It’s impossible to build a good culture or run proper performance cycles when your expert advice is constantly overridden by people who treat HR like a basic admin cost center instead of a strategic partner. You end up feeling like a glorified assistant with a massive amount of responsibility, no authority to actually fix the problems you see, and a miserable salary.
