Pros
1. social package 2. Personal working shedule 3. Stable company (like 'soviet union' - big, unoptimized, clumsy, but monopoly, so there will be a long time)
Cons
1. Salary (less then market average) 2. Internal business processes very slow 3. Old building with horrible open-spaces 4. All employees are deprived of motivation, many working into old age 5. No career opportunities 6. No recreation areas. The building is not designed for such a large number of employees 7. KPI scoring exist, but score higher only in those who are better friends with the management/boss. Its not about your real productivity.
