      You get an extra day off on holidays

      Cons

      To much turnover. New plant managers come with their ideas and unfortunately they don’t work. Stay started hiring from the temp agency and they have no experience which is ok. But most of them don’t want to learn.

      Good PTO and Friendly Coworkers From what I’ve heard as of recent there was a complete MGMT overhaul so take this review with a grain of salt.
