      Team work, good environment, good comunnications, nice and interesting projects, cooperation between young and experienced engineers

      Cons

      Low salaries; several very good seniors left the company; ml tasks are not dicrectly connected to product; slow communication with management fro US

      Pros

      Company is small and easy to get along with everyone. They have a wonderful product which its functions are amazing. Insurance is ok and they have a simple IRA.

      Cons

      Not much transparency and the business ethics could need updating.
