Bad upper management. Some you totally wonder how on earth they got there. They make horrible business decisions. Most of the time they are too busy backstabbing or badmouthing each other to get into the boss's good books. Most of them do not know nuts about cars too. Middle management are to busy backstabbing and badmouthing too. Also unskilled and have no idea what they are doing. HR is non-existent. No career progression unless you carry the boss's balls. Yearly KPIs do for fun. Very bad bonus/increments. Expect less than a month's bonus. Some don't even get bonus at all. Yearly increments are nonsense as well.

All the comments have explained everything which all true. It very hard to find your future here if you are not favourite. The sad things are that company try to save cost by reduce and limit employee's perk such as beverage claim. But still keep spending large amount of money on staff travelling oversea while have VDO conference available all over the office.
