Family owned, management are made up of relatives/family members who lack corporate training. Decision making generally based on emotions. Endless second guessing amongst each other, insecurity from top to bottom. Reward and penalty not based on contribution but on management's liking. Face time at work is more important than actual work done. Micro managing and toxic relationship, mentally and emotionally draining.
