- The management is extremely indirect and to get an answer about even the simple things you would have to talk in circles for days. I received 0 training and when I ever asked any questions, the answer was always "Just Create Value".
- They hire and promote internally and based on length of service and not based on skills to perform that particular job. Also based on who they know. My manager hired all the people she knew.
- You can't speak freely and if you give feedback you make yourself a target.
- They say they're an open door, but whenever I wanted to speak to the CEO my manager always set up a meeting with me and filtered out what I could/couldn't say to her. To the point where I didn't even want to bother going on with the meeting because then I would be going over my manager.
- Management has favoritism. Clients are more likely to get a better discount depending on how the relationship is with management.
- Manager stresses easily and ignores all messages
