Horrible communication. lots of "he said/she said". No work/life balance. Moody owners. Always have a reason to be angry at something/someone. Lots of good employees I saw come and go just because they couldn't deal with the childish management attitude. HR will never take your side just to not get in trouble with the owners. What a joke. Some (not all) program developers that are there are treated like gods. Their word are above everybody's. Get on their bad side and that's it for you.

Some of the challenges were getting work to do, she would say if I give you work what will I do. The constant distrust of my abilities, for example taking a red pen and using this to what she that was correcting tax forms to the thousandths of a cent, in Red, really get a life!
