Moves is a wonderful place to work!
Managers genuinely care about your well-being and are always there to answer any questions you have. The team goes out of their way to ensure everyone has all the materials needed for success.
The team is also very easy to get along with and they put an extra effort into ensuring everyone has opportunities to get to know each other since most people work virtually.
That's another pro! Opportunity to work remotely, or in the office, it's up to you and you can choose the days you want to be in the office.
So many positive things to say about this organization after my last 8 months here. A special shoutout to my mangers who have helped me progress and have helped evolve my role over time into a role where I feel I am best serving.
Last note! Even if you feel nervous to approach your manager about things, everyone is assigned a buddy who you can go to specifically for these types of things!
