A glimmer of modernity in a sector that is still too traditional
Pros
I have been working at Movinx for 1 year. Having worked in the insurance sector in the past, I am still impressed by the modernity and futuristic vision of Movinx. Whether it's a revolutionary project that keeps all the employees excited and motivated, a corporate culture (remote, of course) that brings everyone together and includes everyone, Movinx is definitely a great place to work for. The cohesion between employees, despite the distance, is great and priceless. Hirarchy accessible to all and for all. Everyone can raise their voice without fear of being judged or penalised later. A team of people available and listening. Relevant 360 feedback. A complete survey commitment. These are just a few of the benefits of this company.
Cons
This is inherent to the youth and changing environment of the company, but some of the titles do not, in my opinion, reflect the tasks performed on a day to day basic. If you gonna work at Movinx, you have to expect to get out of your comfort zone and your job description. On the other hand, it's great for learning. If you're not living in Germany, it's a completely remote position, so that's something to bear in mind.
