In addition, bonuses that employees were expecting were delayed until the end of the year, creating frustration and reducing trust. Senior leadership appears to struggle with effective leadership, relying heavily on micromanagement rather than empowering employees. Frequent layoffs have also created a sense of instability and uncertainty about the company's future.
