There is a lot of unorganized and dysfunctional departments at this company. There are things said to employees that are very unprofessional and employees are not appreciated for all they put into the company. Employees are expected to be there no matter the circumstances whether it be a hurricane or a flood. You will need to find a way to get there. There is no sick time and little to nothing PTO that you can use If the owners let you.

Pay is not the greatest for the amount that you are required to do. Management says they will do one thing and yet they do another. They do not up hold their promises to you as an employee. Owners are so worried about themselves and NOT the safety or well being of their employees. Talk badly about employees to other employees.
