Muller's environment is unique in that there is freedom within Framework. I love the autonomy I am given to complete my task. Recognition and feedback is given consistently to facility change if needed and is also task oriented. Open door policy is an example set by our owner. Pay is also completive.

It's a growing company with a lot of potential. I've actually really enjoyed my time here so far but it really comes down to you getting what you put into it. I see people that put in zero effort, get zero reward, and then complain about it. Do your job, and do it well, and you'll get recognized for it. There are a lot of people here who work very hard and have incredible work ethic so if you also have that work mentality then you'll fit in very nicely here. The team is awesome overall and everyone here is incredibly helpful and open to communication from the top down. My friends ask me and I'll tell you what I say to them - I do recommend working here.
