Pros

This was a legitimate and professional security agency in a sea of predatory "agencies" out there. They are experienced and thorough. I want you to know that this is welcome. If you want to pursue a career in security, this is a good starting point.

Cons

The pay could be better. The managers are sometimes difficult with the employees at the sites I've been to. But you get that everywhere. Professionalism is always warranted and noticed.
