Pros

Pay rate becomes competitive if you know the right people and waste 5 plus years of your life there. Benefits are pretty ok, good match on 401k.

Cons

Absolutely everything else, starting pay is not competitive, no support from management, training is pretty good when they actually get classes scheduled.
