Decent atmosphere, on time salary

Cons

The way they treat employees is really not good, blackmailing them about their career does not work out, Hell lot of politics, no good requirements. All roadside hutshop type clients.

1) Work culture 2) Flat organisational structure 3) Parties on occasions(booze as much as u can) 4) On time salary 5) Supportive Bosses and Managers

Cons

1) Too much of work load at times 2) Though the company specializes in working for startups, Working with early stage startups with zero to 5 employees becomes quite challenging
