Pros

Remote work is the only pro now. God knows how long it last though.

Cons

Multiplier once stood out as a company offering meaningful work and strong growth opportunities. Unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case. In recent times, there has been a noticeable shift in how employees are treated, with concerns around transparency, recognition, and job security becoming more prominent. The company’s stated core values—Trust, Transparency, and Thoroughness—do not appear to be reflected in its recent actions. The handling of the latest layoffs is a clear example, where several employees were reportedly terminated abruptly during working hours with little to no prior communication. This has significantly impacted trust and morale across teams. Despite reports of strong revenue performance in the past year, employees did not see corresponding benefits during the APMP cycle. Instead, many were left feeling unrecognized and undervalued, regardless of their contributions and effort. There also appears to be a pattern where systemic or organizational issues are pushed onto individual contributors, increasing workload and pressure without addressing root causes. In some cases, communication challenges are used disproportionately in performance discussions, which can feel unfair, especially when broader structural issues are at play. Overall, the current environment seems to foster uncertainty, where employees feel they are navigating a survival-driven culture rather than being supported and developed.

Pros

They start strong and more hopeful in employment — good starter but never maintained!

Cons

I appreciate the opportunities I had to grow technically and work with a diverse team, but overall my experience at Multiplier was difficult due to several structural and operational challenges. The company culture felt highly reactive and lacking in clear processes. Decisions were often made last-minute, which created constant urgency and left little room for thoughtful planning or prioritization. Without proper workflows in place, it was common for tasks to change direction mid-week without clear reasoning or communication. There was also a high level of micromanagement from certain leads. Instead of trusting teams to own their work, feedback tended to focus on granular details without empowering autonomy. This made it hard to build confidence in decision-making or to innovate within my role. Communication sometimes felt stressful and fragmented. Expectations were not clearly defined, and follow-ups often came as urgent requests instead of part of a coordinated plan. The overall pace felt exhausting rather than energizing, and it was challenging to maintain a healthy work–life balance. That said, there are many talented people at Multiplier, and with stronger process frameworks and clearer role expectations, the organization has potential to improve. I hope future employees will benefit from more structured support and leadership alignment.
