      Stable workplace but don't expect career growth here

      Pros

      Stable position and flexible work times. Since it is a startup, you can pitch in managers to work on new stuff.

      Cons

      Poor career growth. Project quality for product has reduced drastically these days, increments aren't that good. And since there's no streamlined attendance mgmt, its difficult to track holidays.
