Doesn't Recommend! Neutral Outlook! I worked at Multiversity full-time (Less than a year. Vijay Bhatkar is the mentor and MKCL is the client. 8 hour work day. But practically more than 15-18 hrs. No benefits for overtime. Poor organizational culture, old employees not encouraging new talent, poor project management, low salaries, Saturday's working every alternate week, location is bad and not easily accessible. New hires exploited. Top management are unknown about old internal management system. Those are outdated and expired. Recommend to replace from HR to Managers. All are outdated & not flexible. Even they are uneducated in sence of new technologies. They are adopting old/outdated/expired methodology which is failure for the current technologies. Only few clients they have, and they are also struggling with this management to work around unsatisfied. Only rework & late nights. No personal/sotial life. Better to sell vadapav/bhagiya rather work with Multiversity. They don't respect the skills, experience & the talent to be used by the resources. Strongly recommend, don't joined this company, its outdated.
