Good colleague to work with in managing unpredictable CEO.

Cons

CEO is absolutely nut case as such nobody can actually know what he wants and in his head. He expects you to get it when he make vague request. When you delivered, he will said that is not what he wants. He is willing to throw away the project after spending so much on it.

Pros

I worked with Uli Behringer for Music for the past 15 years. We worked tirelessly to make Music Tribe what it is today. Describing Uli as a musical visionary is an understatement. He helped a lot of individuals build their own respective careers, and even literally helped those who cannot help themselves. People in the company are constantly empowering each other to do great things for the company and for their own future, and I do believe that Uli has strived to make that happen to this day.

Cons

The high turnover is fairly true with Music Tribe. A lot of changes happen in such a small window that a lot of people are not able to cope up with the pace. The company, and Uli as well, is also very susceptible to other influences. One example is that our very own regional office in SEA was closed down, no thanks in part to the influence of the company's newly appointed COO. We were given less than a week to clean up after ourselves, because he immediately saw us as being "out of date" and the company is need "to hit refresh". This is the reason why I'm writing this review.

Pros

Dated software, owner run the company like a fiefdom. The CEO demonstrates contempt for employees and customers, engages in dishonest business practices. Do Your Homework Before You Even Apply! As you can see zero Pros working for the worthless CEO.

Cons

Every thing, the CEO likes to pit employees against each other just for his own humor and fires the one that wins. MG is the model of how not to run a healthy work environment.
