Superb work culture, Friendly environment, IMO Great home office, Outing, Team lunch, Workaholic and talented people, Proper Startup Culture.
Cons
No cons I've found as such but one thing is that being a tech company they should also focus on data science, data analysis and data security.

- Great environment to experience true startup culture. - Transparent culture - you are part of all discussions from Product development to strategy. - Flexible environment and good work-life balance. Major plus point considering it's a startup
Cons
- If you are looking to work in a fixed role and are not used to fast environment, this will not be suitable to you.
