      Pros

      Large company. Stable. Very good ambiance. If you are a person with initiative, you will have a lot of autonomy to design and develop projects. The rest of people are willing to help, so your projects can have a lot of support.

      Cons

      Directors are very conservatice and don't take any risk. Mutuas in Spain are competing in an industry that is being controlled by the Administration. So, probably in a very near future competition will be very weak. Sales and marketing will have difficulties in developing campaigns and innovative strategies.
