      Pros

      At My Utilities, it is never a question that you are seen and supported. From leadership to my peers, I have always been encouraged and valued at MyU. There is opportunity for those who work hard and are good stewards of what they have been given. The culture is unmatched. There is not a person on this team who hasn't found friendship and camaraderie in their coworkers - we truly care about one another. I look forward to coming into work each day, because I enjoy being around those I work alongside. I am passionate about our mission and vision, the emphasis on putting others first. It is a joy to work at MyU!

      Pros

      Positive and encouraging work environment. As a sales agent your paycheck isn't entirely commission based which is great if you're new to sales and there are no caps on how much you can make in commission so it's great if your not so new to sales.

      Cons

      PTO is earned during your first year but management is pretty flexible so it's not really an issue
